[摘要] 目的 为提高一期修复尿道下裂的成功率，探讨应用横行带蒂包皮瓣皮瓣法治疗尿道下裂的经验。方法 2008年1月-2010年1月间，应用横行带蒂包皮瓣法一期尿道成形术治疗尿道下裂20例，平均年龄6.2岁。结果 随访6-24个月。20例患者中，一期治愈19例。术后发生尿瘘1例，经尿瘘修补术治愈。结论 该术式具

    [Abstract] Objective To increase the successful rate of one-stage durethroplasty, explore the application transverse island flaphypospadias experience. Methods From 2008-2010,20 cases of congenital hypospadias were treated with transverse island flap urethroplasty a scrotal septal flap urethroplasty, their mean age was 6.2.
